The Big Serve Makes a Big Impact
On October 19, BBBS hosted its inaugural pickleball tournament – The Big Serve. The morning started off chilly, but sunshine and the enthusiasm of 19 teams and a cadre of volunteers quickly warmed things up. The competition was friendly and fun with groupings for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced teams.
Congratulations and thank you to all the players and winners of each grouping!

Unable to join us for The Big Serve? You can still make a big impact.
Donate equipment! A number of Bigs and Littles are eager to learn – or for those who played in the tournament, continue learning – the game through clinics and practice. So that cost is not a barrier, we need gently used or new paddles and Franklin X-40 balls to support their interests and create fun opportunities for our Matches to spend time together. Contact BBBS for drop off arrangement.
Make a gift! Your philanthropic investment furthers BBBS’ important work of establishing and supporting mentoring relationships so they can grow and thrive.
