Exciting Developments in Our Teen Employment Program!
We’re thrilled to bring you the latest updates on our Teen Employment Program, which is making great strides towards empowering our Littles with invaluable work experience and financial literacy skills.
Application Season in Full Swing!
Our Match Support Specialists are working diligently as we speak, assisting our Littles in applying for the Community Attention Youth Internship Program (CAYIP) as well as other summer job opportunities. Currently, 14 Littles have shown interest in participating, and we're hopeful that more will join as the summer approaches. CAYIP offers a fantastic platform for our youth, matching them with various local businesses and organizations. The placement details will be finalized once the Littles complete their interviews, so stay tuned for updates on where they will be making their mark!
Expanding Horizons
Looking ahead, we are buzzing with excitement about new partnerships and expansions in our program. A key focus this year is to bring financial literacy programs to our younger Littles, equipping them early with the knowledge and skills to manage finances effectively. Education in financial literacy is a cornerstone for lifelong success, and we’re dedicated to integrating these skills into our program.
A Continued Partnership
We are also delighted to announce that Taylor Financial is set to renew their partnership with us this August. They will be bringing an updated and enriched curriculum to further enhance the learning experience for our teens. Their continued support has been instrumental in the success of our program, and we are eager to see how their new initiatives will inspire and educate our Littles.
